Low cost marital dissolution agreement

A marital dissolution agreement is a contract between divorcing parties that divides the couple’s real and personal property, debts, and any other assets the couple has such as vehicles, investments, and bank accounts.

This agreement will also address other matters such as transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, alimony in solido, and the payment of fees and costs.

Before a divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences can be awarded, this document must be submitted to the court.

The legal advice offered along with these services is limited to questions needed to property complete your attorney-prepared documents.  If your situation requires extensive legal advice or analysis, or changes significantly, additional charges may be required.
