This document is required in any divorce involving children, but it required to be submitted by the parties in an irreconcilable differences divorce. The parenting plan sets a specific visitation schedule, child support, and other issues involving the couple’s minor children.
Also included is the child support worksheet, which must be submitted to the court with the parenting plan.
