Representation at Final Hearing

Generally the final hearing is very straightforward, but any appearance in court can be intimidating and many will benefit from the guidance of an attorney.   At the final hearing I will submit your pleadings to the judge and guide you though the testimony required before the judge will award your divorce.

You will need to provide copies of all of the pleadings and forums you have filed with the court for my review.  If the documents you have filed have errors, additional services will be required to correct your documents so the court will accept them.

This legal service is intended for simple to moderately complex cases.  If your situation requires extensive legal advice or analysis, or changes significantly, additional charges may be required.
